The Solution
Black Lab Alarm conducted a detailed security assessment of the building’s layout and needs. We then installed a combination of:
• Intrusion Detection Systems: Sensors were installed at all entry points, including secondary doors and parking garage entrances.
• High-Resolution Video Surveillance: Cameras with night vision and motion detection were strategically placed in high-traffic areas, including entrances and exits, providing real-time monitoring of both interior and exterior spaces.
• Access Control: Access to the building’s interior was restricted to authorized personnel using a keycard system, ensuring that only tenants and their employees could access specific floors.
• Fire Alarm Systems: We installed advanced fire detection systems throughout the building, providing early alerts in case of smoke, heat, or carbon monoxide.
The Results
• Since the installation, the building has seen a significant reduction in security incidents, including theft and vandalism.
