“I was introduced to Black Lab back in 2015 when our family needed a security system for safety reasons. Todd, Nancy, and Justin were all great to work with throughout the install and we’re very nice to work with over the years following in regards to monitoring and service. This past year we completed a home renovation and were so happy with them that we used them to upgrade our system in order to integrate with our Crestron home control platform. Black Lab was great to work with and made sure the proper equipment was used to make the integration smooth!
